My Iphone 5 can't compete with my nexus 4 quad core 2 gigs of ram. Right or wrong? Its all more marketingy and less functionality.ġB activations! Wow that's impressive.

Can't see why Apple arent doing this when others are! As a professional adult male, I will NEVER load that chickish fugly looking color scheme on my iPhoneįor starters I said that millions and millions are willingly to pay good money for a bigger screen and that even shitty companies like HTC use bigger screens that beat the one used on the iPhone on every metric. For a start, I'd like to see a waterproof model. Sad to say but I think Apple are losing their grip on the smartphone market. My wife still uses her ipod, but she don't understand how to work that clickwhiel. Now I have used many of their products, like ipod, eyePhone1, 2, 3.5 and 5. They wont ever come up with a Ribbon, or anything close to such a innovation. I'd suggest spending the $190 to $400 if you need a real field monitor. As a hardcore Apple user for the past 35 years it pains me to say, but Apple has lost it's monumentum.

The latency is too slow for it to be useable as a field monitor, even when connected via USB (DSLR Controller works faster via USB than via WiFi). I've used DSLR Controller on Android phones and tablets. There is an early beta version of DSLR Controller for iOS, (, but it requires a jailbroken device, is currently USB-only and is view only (no remote control).

But it makes no sense to carry both a laptop and an iPad. This was quite disappointing to me because I would buy an iPad tomorrow to avoid carrying a laptop with me for location shoots. He did it over WiFi, I don't know how you do that with a 5D3.īut according to Adobe Support, Lr Mobile has no tethering capabilities that Lr Mobile can only display and edit image files saved from some other program (such as the full version of Lr on a notebook or PC) after they are synchronized to Creative Cloud. According to Scott Kelby ( …t-using-lightroom-mobile/ ) you can tether to an iPad using Lr Mobile, which would also imply you could tether to an iPhone running Lr Mobile.
