Some places seem inaccessible like the "my pc" button, because it will not ever load when I click on it. The only way I can access my folders by this point is through clicking on an existing one on my desktop, which opens right away for the most part. Trying to access the file explorer from the task bar becomes impossible because i have to wait for it to open up for a few minutes. I notice when it happens usually because all of the icons on my desktop suddenly start using the default icon instead of previewing their contents (Folders will just show empty folders, and any other program/file type will just be the blank paper icon).
